Meet Gavin Sears

I’ve spent my whole life in Upstate South Carolina and have helped over 200 buyers and sellers make smart moves right here at home. I grew up in the small town of Starr, played college basketball at Southern Wesleyan University, and graduated in 2020 with a degree in Business Administration. The discipline and work ethic I learned on the court show up every day in how I serve my clients.

Today, my wife Paityn and I live in Anderson on Lake Hartwell with our daughter Charlie and our two cats, Oliver and Miss Kitty. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll usually find me out on the water, coaching basketball, watching sports, or chasing a golf ball around.

With five years of experience and a deep understanding of this market, I offer a personal approach to real estate. I keep things clear and simple, and I’m always just a text or call away.
